Zebra 105SL barcode label printer printing continuous label is always up and down position is not correct, how to proofread? It’s not a black mark.

Continuous label adopts the Continuous tracking mode of 105SL, which does not allow position calibration. The Continuous tracking mode is usually used for printing occasions where precise position positioning is not required, such as the printing of washing shipping marks in the clothing industry.
In Continuous tracking mode, the output length of the label is determined by the height of the software (note: the software must be able to send the page size to the printer, otherwise the length is determined by the printer memory height).
The label can only be printed in Continuous tracking mode instead of the Web tracking mode on the printer. In this case, the label can only be printed in Continuous tracking mode. It is certain that the upper and lower positions mentioned in the question are not correct, no matter how you adjust the size. How to adjust the initial position? Are unable to completely solve the occurrence of this position is not allowed.
What to do? Usually, the best way to solve this type of “continuous label” is to print black label on the back of the label, but this way of printing black label is invalid for 105SL, because 105SL itself is unable to sense black label, you can use zebra label printer with black label sensing function, such as 105SL upgraded product 105SL Plus. Or a ZT210 label printer.
If this type of “continuous label” can be replaced by a label with a Grassen backing paper, or through technical means to replace this type of label backing paper with grassen backing paper, so that 105SL can be accurately positioned and printed.
