Turn off the power of the printer, press and hold the PAUSE key on the printer, then start the machine, wait for the printer to release the paper, see whether the printer has retraction, if not, repeat the method above several times, until the printer retraction. If this does not work, you can first initialize the machine, that is, shut down the machine, and then press PAUSE and FEED at the same time, until the three display lights on the printer flash once, and then release the printer, and then press start to check the paper, until there is a retraction.
Ii. Method of restoring factory Settings:
In the shutdown state of TSC TTP-243E printer, press and hold PAUSE+FEED buttons on the machine at the same time, and then turn on the power of the machine.
