Barcode printer in the printing process appear jump paper reasons are as follows:
1. The printing machine does not detect the size of paper correctly (this fault is most likely)
2, paper spacing is not standard or label size is inconsistent
Solution: First look at whether the label paper is not standardized, the size of each label is consistent, if this reason is caused, it can only replace the label paper. If the label is detected to be no problem, then it belongs to the machine failed to detect the paper, and the paper needs to be tested again.
First turn off TSC bar code printing, and then press PAUSE and FEED two keys and then start up, until the three display lights flash once at the same time in the release of the machine initialization, and then shut down, press the PAUSE button to measure the paper, wait until the machine out of the paper and then release, until the machine appears retraction after the start of printing.
Check the label sensor for sundries or dirty blocks, and it’s best to clean them up. Check to see if the software design size is the same as the actual label size.
