To figure out what the cause is, we can use elimination:

A) First try to reduce the temperature and speed of the printer, if there is still A problem, we will proceed to the next step;

B) We start to replace the carbon belt. After the replacement, if you find that the carbon belt starts to break every time when it is almost used up, and the carbon belt will not continue to break if you have to install a new one, then the reason will basically come out. Obviously, this is because the tension of the supply axis of the carbon belt exceeds the bearing limit of the carbon belt and leads to the fracture of the carbon belt.

C) In addition to the above common reasons, in fact, there is a relatively rare situation, here I also introduce to you.

Carbon with fracture and may be because the carbon with no label and simultaneously at the same time, lead to the print head is just one part of carbon belt has been heated (print labels will appear gradually becomes weak to white), led to the heated parts of carbon belt melt, the carbon belt by former carbon belt shaft snap, resulting in fracture of carbon belt.

What can we do to solve this problem?

At this time, you only need to slightly adjust the tension of the front and rear carbon belt shaft, while reducing the tension of the rear carbon belt shaft, the specific operation is to rotate the nut on the top of the rear carbon belt shaft, let it rotate counterclockwise, and then increase the tension of the front carbon belt shaft is the nut on the top of the front carbon belt shaft. Rotate it clockwise, and at the same time you can increase the pressure on the print head, so that the pressure on both sides is equal, but not too high.
